No hot water the entire time I was there. I was forced to take a cold shower. Toilet tank lid was too small for the tank and sitting crooked and it would fall into the tank every time I used the bathroom. Room service never came at all. I had to walk to the office every time I need toilet paper or the trash emptied. Hotel towels were stained. Bathtub was stained.

Waste of $98
Checked in only to be told there was no hot water, and they could not assist in a lower rate due to 3rd party booking. The room was dirty, tub dirty, no smoke detector.VERY limited breakfast. The front desk person was on her phone and there was trash overflowing in the breakfast area and trash on the counter.

German cockroaches in the room, stains on the bed, no hot water 2 of the nights and the cleaning staff took the sheets and blanket for the pullout. When I went to the office for more towels and Lenin’s they told me they couldn’t help me and I can only request things like that in the morning. My daughter froze from a cold shower and then didn’t have a blanket to cover up with.

The room smelled musty. The shower curtain was too short and the bathroom floor was very wet after taking a shower. The only good things were a comfortable bed and a good TV.

Nice quiet hotel with a wonderful Mexican restaurant and convenience store right across the street. Staff was super friendly and there's an indoor swimming pool so you can swim if the weather is rainy or cold. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.

They need to try harder
Will not stay here again. Got a king room on second floor. Best part was we overlooked a lake. No elevator. Hot tub wasnt working. They had another king room but the door lock was busted. Our first room had empty tissue & no extra TP. The fridge didnt work & our toilet stopped working. We got moved to a double queen next door. Still no TP or PT in the second room, but we brought the extras we got from the front desk for the 1st room. Here the toilet & mini fridge worked but we saw a bug in the room & a cockroach. The doors didnt seal all the way (both rooms) so the bug could be from external. The queen room didnt have a bar lock. Breakfast was decent. Towel rack was falling out of the wall. The hotel needed work overall but for being a cheep hotel we were just glad it didnt have bed bugs. There was a resturant across the street. Nice place & recommended. Wife microwaved leftovers for breakfast. I had a bagel provided at the hotel.

Worst Stay EVER!!!!
This may have been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dead roaches on the floor, everything was dirty, sheets had stains and the whole room had an awful smell. They need to close that place down, bulldoze it and start fresh. It was the absolute worst. Don’t stay here… this is your warning!

What a dump
The hotel is very dated, door has gaps, 70’s wood furniture, microwave sitting on refrigerator. Old towels, hard bed, dirty floor and shower. Just a real dump. Zero amenities, Indians are doing a great job of zero maintenance and cleaning

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. 7 different rooms over 3 nights. Broken outlet that the bed touched, fire hazard. Broken tub, some sort of substance on the wall, towel rack and other fixtures. No smoke alarm, safety latch broken, ac issues in multiple rooms, and light pouring in the door at 4 am. Pictures to display all of this is available. Never will we stay here again.
