Very friendly customer service and clean rooms. You know what makes it even better? We all know you can't expect everything to always be perfect, right? So, I had an issue with my room and I was immediately offered a sincere apology and a new room. Best customer service I've witnessed in a long time.

This was cleanest hotel room I have stayed in. The kitchen was spotless. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Beds were comfortable and clean.

One night before the cruise
We were greater with a smile. Friendly staff, location as a quick 15 min from the port. Allowed us to check in early due to the impending Hurricane Arrival. Breakfast was just coffee yogurt muffins ..Will stay again. The steakhouse next door was delicious.

We were situated on the main floor. The bed/pillows were very uncomfortable. There was a constant knocking sound from the fridge all night and the AC unit was noisy also. It states that the hotel offers breakfast, but all we saw was a coffee station and nutrigrain bars.
