We found a bed bug on a clothing item when we were checked out that could have only come from the room we were in.

Our room was ok but the heat was difficult to adjust and it was always very hot no matter what we did. The toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and was unusable until very late in the morning. Luckily we had family in the adjoining room so we had to leave the door open so we could use their bathroom. The front desk didn’t really care about the inconvenience and just told us that they were “looking the other way about the dog” evidently another guest that they assumed was with our party had a small dog and since they weren’t saying anything about the dog we had no room to complain….seems strange it true.

Great staff, easy check-in with a clean and spacious room. Cant ask for more. Huge parking lot. No free breakfast but free coffee. No water fountain but water jug/dispenser at the front desk.
