Generally this property is pleasant to stay at. However, I stayed at two different times within 10 days. Both times only two of the three elevators were operating (different two) which resulted in long waits in the lobby. The chaises longues around the pool - three were broken.

For a late check-in and a one night stay, they put us down all the way, way the furthest end of the hallway. Air conditioning not working, basically a ground level with just a sliding glass door and no screen. Two female staying in the room which they knew so we could not have the door open. Only 2 bath towels, no facecloths. The bats are comfortable. The lobby and the hallways are beautiful. The bathroom is very small. You can easily hook up to the smart TV. But for the price I paid I would not stay there again. Probably because I booked through Expedia, And not direct they gave me the room at the end of the hall.

This hotel is old and tired. It needs a deep lean and a remodel. The curtains were tattered and torn and carpet was gross. Hallways are dark and dirty. I only stay here because it’s located nearby the places I need to be. The lobby smells sewage and the staff couldn’t care less about you. The bar was ok. Elevator takes forever when you call it. It’s a 2*property nothing more

That hotel satff were very helpful, and the hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was the increase in the room rate and fees without notification. I was very disappointed to be hit with a bill that was over $200 more than I expected.
