Location was good. Condition of property and size of room were fine. Food was awful, room didn't seem super clean, but okay. Towels were pretty used up and only two of each. They didn't make up the room for the second night so no clean towels no made bed. Bed had a plastic wrap that made noise and was hot. Would not recommend.

Decent room and close to downtown restaurants, price was a bit high but it was long weekend and Traverse City so that could justify the higher rates. Overall a good stay, staff was nice.

Very clean hotel with traditional decor, not the tacky modern style of most other places. Comfortable beds, beautiful indoor pool & hot tub area, and delicious breakfast and coffee!
