Great location. Not the best dining options. Staff not very helpful with issues. Rooms are nice but need a little attention. Heated pool outside needs to be warmer. Overall just OK hotel but great view.

Friendly staff. Greeted with complimentary glass of sparkling wine. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and champagne with chocolate covered strawberries we’re waiting in the room just as I had requested. This was a nice surprise for him. Restaurant onsite was pricey but well worth it. Enjoyed the lake views. Construction on street was inconvenience when trying to exit parking lot. Overall a great hotel and would stay here again next time we visit the area.

The Artisan restaurant is excellent, with fantastic staff. The bartender Christopher is a true gem. The front desk staff is also wonderful and very accommodating. I will definitely be returning to the Delamar, and highly recommend it

Beautiful hotel and beautiful view from waterfront rooms! Perfect location. We had a mixup in our room when we got there and the staff upgraded our room and gave us a credit at the Artisan restaurant on site.
