The heated outdoor pool was full of couples canoodling, which is awkward for a girls trip, but everything else about this hotel is top notch! Doormen, who are also shuttle drivers are the best. Very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. The free shuttle is amazing, what an awesome benefit. Love the live music & the free coffee. Breakfast is no longer free, but was reasonable & delicious.

I liked our room but found the hall to be very loud. Also there was a lot of noise from up above. Sounded like furniture falling. The room was nice enough but the pillows were terrible.

We have stayed here previously and loved it, unfortunately this time they had taken away two of the best perks of staying here, which I was expecting to have access to. They no longer have the beautiful complimentary breakfast, and in order to use the cabanas beside the pool for a fun lunch we would have had to pay $35 per person. This also used to be free to guests if one of the two guest cabanas were free. It’s a beautiful hotel but not sure I’d stay here again as these changes made me feel a little unwelcome. I wish I had known before hand.

I was disappointed that there were areas on the walls that were spackled but not sanded or painted. The rug was frayed around the edges and could have been hidden by turning rug around under the bed. The poor Schefflera plant by the window was very dehydrated and almost dead - I cleaned it up and gave it 7 glasses of water to try to revive it. These are small things, but at the price of the room, attention to detail would be expected. On the other hand, the staff, their attention to detail and their care was outstanding!
