Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Idyllic Condo on TC East Bay

This is a really nice condo unit right on TC's east bay with full beach access and views of the bay. This is a top-floor unit so it has beautiful vaulted ceilings. It had everything we needed and was large and comfortable. We were able to make breakfast every morning with the full kitchen and easily reheated leftovers when we wanted to eat in later in the day. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, we slept very well. The bathroom was huge and had both a large jetted tub and separate shower! The condo must be very well insulated because there was little to no road noise and none at all from surrounding units. I highly recommend this unit and complex!

Overall ok. Jetted tub needed chemicals to clean out mold. Management was quick to respond. Sofa sectional needs a steam cleaning.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed TC and our stay! The location is great for getting downtown or visiting wineries. People have mentioned the carpet stains, and yes they are present, but they did not interfere with or ruin our stay. The rest of the condo was impeccable. The sofa is as amazing as it looks in the photos. We would definitely stay again and are already looking at the calendar for when we may make that happen!

Property management was very helpful and friendly. Unit was ready when expected. Owners might want to consider adding better curtains and/or blinds to the bedroom as the lights outside are very bright, great for security but not sleeping. Overall a great location with everything needed for a getaway.

DISGUSTING - What a Disappointment

As is stated by several other reviews - I can confirm that this condo rental is NOT how it appears in the pictures. The unit is in terrible need of cleaning & repair. The stains in the carpet are hidious and the owner should be ashamed to rent this unit in this condition. The building is in need of cleaning, the paint on the decks of the units are pealing and is fading. The Elevator is truly waiting to malfunction and is missing the required state certificate for inspection. The Elevator made so many jerks and drops between the floors that it left me a lady in my 60s using the stairs to avoid a chance of getting stuck in the elevator on Christmas Day. My husband and I stayed the day before at a condo at Cherry Tree suites and that a beautiful unit. It was a shock and disappointment to have left that building to have stayed here for a special Christmas Celebration. My true and sincere warning for anyone considering renting this unit —-DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. I implore the people responsible for this condo to do the right thing and fix the issues noted - you are overcharging for the condo and should again be embarrassed and ashamed.

DO NOT RESERVE THIS UNIT!!

Upon arrival we walked down hallway to living area and were appalled. The carpeting has MANY dark stains that were totally repulsive. We entered the living area and found ground in potato chips in living area rug. Cleaned? Sanitized for COVID? I think not. We immediately called the property Manager, Emily who was not surprised. She was so nice and did everything she could to try and find us another condo but at that late date was unsuccessful. Emily should get a big raise for trying to diffuse the situation. After waiting months for this holiday and walking into that disgusting mess, I was less than thrilled. The owner seems to think this unit is just fine to rent out as it is. I truly wish they would call me ..I'd like to explain why it is not, although I'm sure they know. This experience has left both of us leary of using VRBO.

Nice place

Although our ability to do much was limited by COVID, we had a great time. The condo was clean , roomy and had a great view. Easily accessible to food delivery. Dina in the office was great!!!!

Everything was perfect. Wonderful to wake up and see the water. Just need to replace the cracked mirror and the bedroom TV did not work (but we did forget to mention this to property manager)
