The resort was ok. Service at front desk was slow. Breakfast was a prepared box. It is nice to have a breakfast buffet. Normal things like pan and paper were not in rooms. Not all bad, but just ok.

The hotel was super clean, had a nice balcony, had adult pool hours, and gave free boxed breakfasts for the morning! They were delivered right to your door!

Convenient hotel with great service!
We stayed here before our early flight. They offered the breakfast super early so that we could have it before our flight that left at 5:45 am! The pool was great and the hot tub was hot! Very nice hotel and the price was also great.

Stayed here for a couple nights while visiting family. The hotel was spacious, quiet and clean! Breakfast delivered to the room was convenient, especially because you could pick your time and items. We had a suite, so having a TV in the bathroom was nice to bathe the little ones, while also having a shower for adults. Only things I dislikes, the pillows for my husband and myself were a little uncomfortable. But that's definitely and "us" problem (the bed itself was comfortable though). And there were no towels in the pool area. I just so happened to bring a towel for my son, but husband and I had to walk back to the room cold and wet. Food and shopping areas are pretty close. We will definitely pick this hotel again if we are ever in the Traverse City area.
