The Hotel was nice newly renovated and we had a pet room and I don't know if it was the new floor or what but it had a bad odor and our Shih Tzu kept smelling the ottoman and the bed shirt around the bottom of the bed. So you might want to check to see if another dog peed on them.

It was good overall

Over all the stay was good. There were little things here and there that were kind of annoying but nothing that would make me not want to stay again. When we arrived we were told breakfast started at 5:30a but all of the signage said it started at 6am which was no problem for us. However on Saturday morning I went to get a coffee at 6:15a and the lobby doors were all locked and no one was there. Myself and 4 other people were waiting. The girl opened up around 6:20-6:30a. She looked like she had just woken up and didn’t even great us when she opened the door. I purposely said good morning to her and she said nothing. That was the morning the gravy was ice cold and the 3 biscuits that were there were hard as rocks. Keep in mind she just opened the doors for breakfast. Thankfully there was a microwave. The girl that was there on Friday and Sunday was not the same one on Saturday and you could tell. That was really the only complaint worth complaining about. The field behind the hotel was a nice surprise because the deer would show up in the early mornings.

Beautiful hotel. Room was beautiful, clean, and bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool! Breakfast was delicious and lots of options.

Everything was decent but the drain in the tub didnt drain fast so was standing in water for my showers. Luckily when i did shower the tub was drained

We stayed at the Best Western Fayetteville, TN going to and from Panama City Beach, FL. It was a great hotel. The complimentary breakfast was exceptionally good. My only complaint would be the shower stall. In both rooms that we stayed in on the 2 different times, 1 week apart, the shower/tub floor was slick as ice and a real death trap. The room we stayed in on our way back home, the shower had no hot water to speak of. I turned it all the way up and nothing, ice cold. Other then that the place was great.
