Modern look for a Best Western and I thought it was well done. Room was comfortable and clean and VERY different in a good way from a standard BW. Breakfast was pretty dismal but overall I liked the place.

The room was clean and tidy. With this property being "pet" friendly. I could tell,definatly see the damages done by animals. Maybe set aside rooms for Pet Guests.

For a one night stop this was a good place! The night desk man was very polite, room was very clean. Did not like the fact someone was knocking on our door at 2am when we had the Do Not Disturb sign out. Looked like a pizza delivery man so we did not answer and he left after knocking twice. Just grabbed coffee for breakfast and hit the road. We would stay here again.

I would return

Very clean hotel lobby - hallways and rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Specious room - large shower. Breakfast was meat, scrambled eggs- waffles- cereal- juice. Small amount of fruit.

I travel frequently but never write reviews. However, there needs to be a warning about this hotel and its bed bugs. (I know for me this is my actual worst fear) I stayed 3 nights in 316 and didn’t realize until I awoke my last morning with blood on the pillow and a dead bed bug that the bites I had tried to convince myself were mosquito bites were bed bug bites. I have had a miserable couple of days since then with the itchiest bites (both arms, chest, and face have them) - and I had to dispose of my luggage, a pair of shoes, and a purse that I did not feel I could comfortably ensure I could clean well enough to prevent the spread through my own house. I let the front desk staff know as I was leaving. Left the bug on a tissue next to the bed to help assist them. It was definitely a “sorry about that but we aren’t going to do anything” vibe. My email requesting at least a partial refund has been unanswered. The hotel phone doesn’t seem to work. Save yourself and do not stay here!

The coffee was horrible. There were printed little signs on the wall not to take your breakfast to your room. Also others with instruction. Most of all ,nasty coffee ruined a stay.

Comfortable Stay

Hotel was better than I anticipated. The staff were very friendly. My only irritation was that the breakfast staff didn't show up on time and therefore breakfast was delayed. This seems minor, but one of the major reasons I booked this stay was for the breakfast due to timing and having to hit certain times for early meetings.
