Rooms lacked ammenities such as charging outlets. Baths had no area for personal toiletries due no counters or shelves. Loved elevator security to limit access to paid guests. Not a facility for non-smokers as the smoke drifts up into the tower of rooms.

Great hotel room, comfy bed. The air conditioner will not go below 70 degrees, which is too warm for sleeping - and the windows are bolted shut, so we could not slide them open a bit for air curculation. But the front desk sent us a large fan which kept us very comfortable

Had 15,000 worth of assets/cash stolen and you must go thru tribal police and it’s been a week and no warrant issued for thief who happened to be a former employee. Very upset with the Cherokee Casino . I will not be back
