ROACH MOTEL

Checked in walked up to my room .Sat down for a couple minutes walked into the bathroom and turned on the light.And boom roaches everywhere.Went down to tell the front lady at the desk.And she acted like she would rather talk on the phone then address the issue.Only thing she said was get your refund from expedia.Very rude like i did something wrong.She did ask if i wanted another room lol.I said no im out of here theres bugs everywhere.

Really bad.

We do not have basic needs. Coffee was terrible. Another hotel right across under the same management but much better managed and had everything needed. Motel six needs to Reassess this Hotel before getting listed. Bedding are torn and dirty

Night staff was rude. There was not enough parking for the residents staying at the hotel. The parking gate did not work some of the time during my stay. However, the beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet. Did not enjoy the area as much but it is convenient for airport communte.

Room cramped.Bed very uncomfortable at first. Barely room around bed to walk. T V very dusty, air vents filthy. Hallway warm and had an odor. No coffee or breakfast

Absolute WORST, RUDEST, and UNPROFESSIONAL staff imaginable. They were so beyond rude to us, I wish I would’ve got the girls name so that I could put her specifically in this review. Roaches in the room, my girlfriend said she counted 3 or 4 before we left. Never again!

Our 2-Mth experience

We stayed here through Cherokee Nation and then paid for our own room for a month. Our experience with the front desk and cleaning staff was always pleasant. We never had any issues personally, however, any issues that anyone else had was very well known to everyone because they stood out in the halls and screamed the whole time. There is also a guy named Jason that frequents the parking lot of this hotel (he lives in a nearby neighborhood) and at one point, tried to get my teen daughter to go over and talk to him and I blew a gasket on him. This is not a place to feel safe and cozy at, but it was the stepping stone we used to get back on our feet. Overall, I would stay here again because I carry but stay with caution on your surroundings.

You get what you pay for and nothing more.

Checked in. First room REAKED of smoke, no screen on window, no cord on phone, and no seat on toilet! so many OSHA violations. Went back to front desk. Lady was more concerned that "we did not touch anything" in the previous room that getting us a new room. As if they were going to rent it if needed. We were finally changed to a different room. Beds were horrible, but we needed sleep. I have stayed at many Motel 6's but this one was even a bit questionable for me. It's in an industrial area, right off the freeway, so close gas station and fast food.
