Overall, this hotel is fine and I think you get your money's worth, however, the reason I'm giving it 3 out of 5 stars is because they require a $300 refundable deposit for a one night stay (which took almost a week to clear off of my credit card) and I've been to 4 star hotels with oceanfront views in California that didn't charge as much, so I just thought everyone should be aware of this because almost all hotels I've ever stayed at that were 3 stars or less only charge a $50 refundable deposit and it only takes a couple of days to clear off of my credit card.

We didnt even realize wĥen we booked our hotel it came with a kitchen. I thought for the price we were just getting a standard room. It was beautiful and clean.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the bed sheets were not clean. There were bugs in the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel

Please clean up this property and get new linens

The linens were very old, stained and worn. The hallways smelled nice although the carpets were dirty. The bed was terrible and the mattress pad was old and didn’t fit. This was the worse Towneplace Ive ever stayed. I have to come back to this area although I won’t be staying there. I will try to Hilton Garden next month.

Friendly and professional staff. Safe. Rooms exceptionally clean and met my needs. The only negative comment is even tho the beds were comfortable the memory foam mattress wasnt for me. Like sleeping on a marshmallow But i also understand different people/different needs. This will be my stayover spot again!

Not up to par

our suite showed wear, bathtub has rust stains, in adequate trash cans, no ice on our floor, one elevator was out of service due to construction on the ground floor, the fire alarms went off twice due to a malfunction on the third floor. My personal favorite was putting 80 yo in the suite the farthest from all exterior doors and elevators.
