Baseball weekend

Had to travel out of Oxford for a baseball game because it was graduation weekend. I’ve stayed here before when it was under construction. My complaint is that I asked the clerk the evening before checkout if I could checkout at noon instead of 11. She was rude and told me I could wait in the lobby because the room had to be cleaned. Yeah. Ok. I’m sure all the rooms could be cleaned at once.

Pleasantly surprised

Lady at the front desk was very pleasant upon check in. They tidied up the room and made sure we had clean washcloths and towel’s each day too.

Property has been recently renovated and is okay and our room was clean. They said I reserved a king "smoking room" which was not the case - we are not smokers! Price extremely high even though limited availability in the area - rediculous for what we got. No amenities and office lobby did not open until 8 am - no coffee. If and when we are ever in the area again we will NOT stay at this hotel.

Strong smell of marijuana after we arrived. Large clump of pubic hair on the bathroom floor. Loud plumbing.

Great Small Place

Stayed 2 nights. It was booked as a place to sleep. My only complaint is the beds are not queen beds. The rooms we stayed in 105, 203 were barely double beds. Other than that, everything was GREAT!
