Water temperature in the shower would not stay constant it would go from hot to cold, back and forth., very uncomfortable. Asked twice to have the soap dispenser in the shower refilled, it never was. The bed frame was made of flimsy metal that would make a popping noise when getting in and out of bed.

Cockroaches in room. HOUSEKEEPER WAS STARING INTO WINDOW AND WENT THROUGH OUR BAGS. Didnt notice bags being tampered with until we got home and some things were not as we had left them.

Check in only said what she had to. Asked for bottom floor stating over booked. Hair dryer broke and asked to borrow one. Was informed they didn't have a spare. I had somewhere I had to be at 8am . She informed me I could I could speak with the manager. I asked when she would be in. She informed me 10a. I work in operations management and I have to say someone needs to be replaced and management needs to run this business better. This is being ran like so many businesses now day's, if they have a warm body they don't care how customers are treated.

Tub not clean
Room was big, bed was clean, but the tub looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in along time and there was hairs in it and the body wash had enough for one person, I stood on a hand towel to shower. lotion had a size of a dime left in it.

It was alright. Not horrible. Not the greatest.
Good for the price. However I needed a tooth brush and laundry (plastic) bag that most hotels have on hand. They didn’t. Breakfast was good but no fresh fruit but they did offer warm biscuits, eggs, sausage and gravy. They had a waffle maker. When I turned the heat on it worked quickly. However it left a burnt smell in the room. When you turned on the microwave in my room one of the lights turned off. I don’t know anything about electrical stuff but it didn’t seem right. Sheets were clean. Bed was standard. Water pressure was great. Lotion in the bathroom seemed … used. Half full. No bugs. Bathroom was freshly painted. No mold. Towels were fluffy but rough (per usual) Over all it was decent. Probably a 6/10 or 3/5.

Checked in, The girl at the counter was super sweet. Room was ok, It strange not having carpet but wood looking floors. Kinda makes the room feel cold. Went to take a shower and no wash rags, and the soap dispenser on the shower wall was empty. It only had Conditioner. Luckily I travel a lot for work and bring my own soaps.

Awful
The room was filthy. There was a sticky substance on the floor. When I dropped a wet cloth to wipe it up, it came away black. A closer look revealed many mystery drops all over the floor. The bathroom looked so dirty we left without showering. The bed was hard as a rock and actually caused injury. There were no markings identifying this as a Best Western, maybe it’s a new acquisition but it’s definitely not the Best Western we can usually rely on.
