Avoid this place at all costs. It's the dirtiest and most unsanitary hotel I've ever encountered, with a foul odor throughout the rooms, lobby, gym, and cafeteria. The managers are uncooperative and unwilling to help, and the coffee machine serves the worst coffee I've ever tasted.

The room itself was amazing. Very clean. Spacious. Fridge & ac was cold. Microwave worked. Ice machine was close & worked. Check-in was quick & lady was kind. Our first room had 5-6 men standing outside of it smoking weed. Check-in lady quickly gave us a new room but sucked cause it was 2nd floor with an elderly mom & infant in carrier.

I paid for a late checkout additional 35 dollars and the trash person told me no that I had to leave at 11. Also after I had it booked online the guy at the desk didn’t seem like he knew anything about the early check in that I paid for as well 35 dollars. Was a decent place to stay at just was all around rough for me. I won’t be staying here again.

Attention to detail

It was ok the main lobby wasn’t as lively and inviting as I expected. The room was clean but surely showed signs of wear and tear from usage and being out dated. The vending room with the ice machine was just the ice maker and it smelt wet slightly musty type smell in the room. The pool area was I incomplete on the floor it wasn’t inviting as to go and swim. The area was smelly like smoking. I felt that with cost to book there. The location needs to upgrade areas for customers appeal and appearance.

Worst hotel ever

Hotel was dirty , there were several amount of bugs. A guy that work there seen my fiance and assumed he was loitering, telling him this was private property and had to have a room to be there. They did everything to make sure to keep the deposit. You have to ask for it because they surely wouldn’t remind you about the deposit. The so called breakfast was dry cereal and dry muffins. Also it was a bug in my kids cereal. This was by far the worst place the only thing good about it was they had a pool.

Breakfast was not good and barely anything to eat. Ice machine was broken, and we had to go long way to find one ice Machin to work. Air Condition was noisy. There was weird smell in hallways.

They don’t like to clean rooms

Never got clean towels , as a construction worker . We work all day in this heat , come back to hotel just to not have clean towels or room cleaned . And when I walk to the front desk , they act like I’m lying about not getting towels them have to wait 10-20 more minutes for clean towels . I will never stay here again .
