The location offers several dining options within walking distance and several more within minutes drive. My Place was extremely busy and noisy in the lobby, luckily this wasn't the case on the other floors. Though I would say that the carpets do need a deep clean.

Lumpy mattress and loud neighbors, otherwise a clean and affordable stay. The front desk person was also very sweet when my puppy got too excited and peed right in front of the door in the lobby 🙈 would recommend :)

When we visit our family there in Vancouver our dog is always with us and we usually endure the “pet” room at another place. We gave up and tried My Place and was extremely happy with the cleanliness and service provided. We’ll be coming back!

Our entire stay was great! They were even able to accommodate our request to be on a bottom floor, near an exit, to make it easy for us to take our basset hound out. The only negative (which is not reflected in my rating) was a group of guests partied all night (until around 2 am) with loud music . Im all fora good party but I felt the staff could have addressed the issue MUCH earlier. I didn't complain, because i didn't want the people enjoying their party to retaliate .

I liked that there is a kitchenette in the rooms. It was a good value and near a lot of good restaurants, donut shop, and the mall. The breakfast options to purchase were pretty slim - I would have liked to be able to buy a yogurt, fresh fruit or cereal/milk but overall the stay met expectations and I would stay here again.

Perfect

Clean, quiet, comfortable, with everything my family needed. Full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a two burner cooktop. Rolling table so easy to seat a family of four.
