Two things really pathetic: the front desk was "all out of water" when I tried to purchase some - tons of soda, but not one single water to buy - how do you run out of water? AND you have to pay for the breakfast in the morning - really?!?!? Pay for the swill you guys serve? Cancelled our return trip through V'burg to stay somewhere else.

The only problem was Expedia requested a smoking room. I have never requested a smoking room an it should be on the profile that we always request a nonsmoking room.
