Staff was nice. They were working on the hotel but that was ok. I asked for an ADA bathtub chair and I was given one right away, so a big thank you for that! It helps when you have a parent in a wheelchair. We will be staying again.

The property was very nice. Was sorry the spa was out of order and the waffles in the breakfast bar was out of order. Also the water in the pitcher in the lobby wasn’t kept filled and the coffee in the lobby coffee dispenser was also cold in the evening

Expedia inforned me that Hampton Inn would email me regarding changing my reservation to Needles instead of Barstow. Never heard from them. My phone died and wasnt able to find the hotel, so I drove all the way home to Fresno CA. I see no advantage to booking through Expedia. NONE. Got home at 2:30 am. Thanks for nothing.

This hotel would have score much higher. But it was going through some major remodeling. Overall it was a better than average place,but the remodeling impacted ease of parking and and moving around the site. It would have helped if they had let us know of the remodeling. That being said, staff worked hard and we helpful. The breakfast was quite nice and was definitely better than most free breakfasts. Kudos to the management for their support and all staff were a pleasure to work with.
