Bedspread dirty. Handicapped parking taken by non-handicap cars. On both trips coming and going, the front desk person was not available.

Just a quick stop to sleep, room was ok but was warm when I got in as the a/c was off, the pillows were very flat and there was a burn hole of some sort in the blanket. Also had no hot water at about 6am to shower

The room cloud have been a little cleaner. The floor had something sticky on it at the end of the bed. A very large stain. Also when taking a shower the water wouldn’t get hot for a while. Had to take a shower with barely warm water.
