Room smelled like rotten cigarettes bottom of the tub had a large crack, hair on shower walls, French fries on the floor, tiny pillows, toothpaste splatter all over mirror.

It was very convenient for us and easy to get in and out. I was a bit dismayed at the handicapped shower/bathtub. The handle took both hands at full strength with a washcloth to not hurt your hands. There was also nothing! to hang on to when you tried to step out. That was quite dangerous and needs to be addressed asap. I’m not disabled and it scared me and I worried about my husband who has Parkinson’s. The people were all very nice and helpful all around!

The Parking lot was covered in Mud and tracked into building. There are kids just running wild in parking lot and in the building. The breakfast was horrible, the lady was just microwaving the food and dumping it in the warmers. There was no flavor at all it was messy all around the food stations. Plus the waffle maker wasn't working

We arrived at this location and felt unsafe immediately! The entrance was filthy and there seemed to be a lot of long term guests.

Friendly staff of lacking hotel

Front desk was friendly with efficient service. Hotel in general seemed run down. It needs a refresh; it’s clean but gives the appearance of being dirty as it’s showing its age. The room was mostly clean. Had a very nasty dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod that stank and was disgusting. Bed was comfortable and slept well. It’s expensive for its current condition. Next time I’m staying at the other hotel. If this hotel gets remodeled then I’ll be back. The friendly staff is best part of the experience here.
