Room and carpet not clean. Toilet broken. Forgot items in the closet and the hotel could not help to get it back.

I arrived late to the hotel as I already spoke with someone earlier to let them know that I wouldn’t be there until 10pm, and no one was at the desk and the lights were off. I had to call the hotel while inside the hotel and someone randomly appeared from another area to finally help me. The room was clearly not vacuumed as there was crumbs and Lego pieces all over the floor. When I was checking out, I was asked how everything was but they didn’t seem to care when I expressed a negative stay. It was my second time staying here and it’ll be my last.

It was late and the staff called to verify I was coming and did the check in over the phone so when I arrived I could simply pick up the key. Very accommodating!

Pretty good but leaky window and noisy

The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean. It was very humid I the room and in the middle of the night when a thunderstorm started, we discovered the window leaked. Also, lots of ambient noise from doors slamming and people walking around late at night.

Convenient location to why we were in town. Staff and lobby were good. Room bathroom was awful. Hair on floor, urine on front and both sides of toilet. Dirt/mold on ends of handicap bar in the shower. Dirty tile. Would not stay here again.

I didn't like that the toilet plugged up and the water pressure was so low my wife couldn't get the soap rinsed out of her hair. We informed the front desk clerk when we checked out and she said she would have it checked..

Initial room had strong musty smell. Switched to another room after complaining at the front desk. Found they assigned another couple the same room and they complained as well No attempt made to correct the problem
