Our room did not have the air conditioner on when we arrived on a very hot day. It took a long time for the room to cool down after the air was turned on. There is no elevator to the second floor so we had to carry the suitcase up the stairs. Hotel is very dated. It needs some updates. Expensive for what you receive.

3 stars for a reason.
It’s three stars. You get what you pay for. Would I stay here again at the price? Yes. Sauna was great. Heated up nicely. Pool to cool off. Breakfast was solid. Nice variety. Everything else was good not great. No surprises.

Room was covered in dust from construction in lobby .Pillows were older than me ,I’m 53.Almost 300 a night is outrageous for a hotel of this quality

Our first rooms fire alarm kept going off, like every 30 seconds. So the staff moved us to a different room. That room was fine but the remote for the tv wouldn’t work so we had to get up and manually turn the channels.

Lobby area is clean and in good shape. Appreciate having coffee and hot water available in the evening. Breakfast was good. The room was quiet. Bed was comfortable could use new pillows. Sink and countertop looked new. Bathtub and toilet need replacing-chipped and stained.
