A lot of roaches of different sizes. Roaches crawling on the bed, sofa, table, furniture, bathroom and lamps. I switched room because it was infested, but the second room I got was even worse. The roaches started crawling on my sheets, bed and luggage. I had a bad sleep, I did not sleep at all thinking about roaches with the lights on. The people at front desk and housekeeping were so nice to us, not complaint about them.

Went to sleep and around 3am i realized something was biting me. Woke up to bed bugs in the bed. My arm was ate up from them. Told front desk . They giving me the run around. And dont want to reimburse me my money back .

Our room was in terrible shape. Lamps not working. Bed very uncomfortable. Walls with plaster patches. Disgusting bathroom. Smoke smell in a non-smoking hotel. Broken ice machine. Need I go on? Don't stay here despite the low price. We were very disappointed. I would want my money back. The lady's at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Not their fault.

Assigned rm that was occupied, Bldg was dirty, pool had black water, Felt unsafe 2nd room was dirty paint falling off the wall Locals stay at this hotel Decided we could not possibly stay Asked for our money back but no refunds.

You get what you pay for
Lady at the front was great. First room I was given had light that didn’t work, and smelled like a smokers room. No toilet paper, the sofa and bed was wet. The floor was slimly and the tv didn’t work. I called down and they switched me. The lady was great that worked there. But the second room had a broken TV as well.
