The room heating didn’t work properly and the phone in the room was broken, reported to duty manager and he dis nothing about it was dismissive. Had a Hunters chicken for dinner and most it was dry and burnt, Wont stay again here.

Staff were absolutely marvellous. Couldnt ask for friendlier individuals.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious - the bathroom could do with a refurb but was totally functional. Dining was limited but satisfactory. Good location for work and close to shops and motorway.
It was decent. Only issues is unable to control the thermostat and the receptionists can be more clear on the £30 that is taken at check-in time as I had to ask what exactly does the charge include to be later told it's for food or drinks at the bar etc. Overall stay was comfortable and relatively clean. One bin in the bathroom did contain odd coloured waste but not a big issue as it was a pedal bin hiding it from plain sight.
Just a quick Family visit. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I asked Nieve if there was a vending machine as I wanted some chocolate, she went off and found me some! I hope it wasn’t from her lunch box. She was very kind.
We stayed in a 2 double bed room and it was big comfortable and clean. Food was good and the staff were absolutely lovely, we’ve stayed in many hotels and the staff here were the nicest and most helpful yet.
Staff super helpful especially Trish, Doreen, and Bill in the restaurant. Only complaint that with a food allergy about half the available food options had the Mushrooms in so a little restrictive

Helpful staff on reception but was difficult to get through to them with a request by phone. I did receive the request when I was able to ask. The breakfast was slow and under staffed. Rooms clean comfortable but a bit dated
All good except for a dog barking in next door room
Not good as my guest had a serious phobia of dogs after facial injuries as a child
Receptionist was understanding by contacting the occupants and offering us a change of room but it was late and we had unpacked for a three day stay so declined the offer
Wakened by dog barking at 0715 .
Manager was asked to at least offer a reduction on the room but he/she made no contact over the next 2 days
Fortunately the dog was only booked for one night
Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, unfortunately I was in an accessible room, and using the bathroom facilities was very difficult, couldn’t use basin as to get hot water out of the tap meant spraying water everywhere! Ended up washing with the Bath tap!
Really nice hotel. Easy to getxto and plenty if parking. Only disappointment was there was a 60th party which meant we had no access to the restaurant or bar which given it was a Saturday night was a shame.

This is a nice hotel, with lovely staff.
However, the wi-fi is rubbish, and the staff will admit that.
I dislike the supposed use of a QR code to order food, which doesn’t work properly and with the appalling wi-fi is even more unusable. I always have to ask for a physical menu.
IHG need to upgrade the wi-fi otherwise I will NOT stay there again
When we arrived, the check-in process took 55 minutes, most of which was stood in a queue. There was only one member of staff on the check-in desk who was dealing with an issue. It later emerged that there was also no manager in the hotel to fix the issue that held up the check-in for so long. Another member of staff appeared at around the 45 minute mark of being stood in the queue but he was unable to start clearing the back-log of people so we had to wait even longer in the queue. The following morning there was another wait because there was no member of staff in the dining area to check people in for breakfast.
However, the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The facilities are very nice.
