What a pleasant surprise. We're not into casinos but the hotel was on our route and just off the freeway. The room was wonderful! It was wonderful and the weekday price couldn't be beat!

Unfortunately my room was right next to the elevator/snack room and all I heard was people getting on/off the elevator most of the night and talking very loud. The room was in what I would term in very sad condition for a $400 a night room. The furniture looked like it came from a scratch/dent place. Frankly, I would not walk on that carpet in my bare feet as it looked worn and dirty. Definitely would not recommend paying this amount of money as I was expecting at least a four-star hotel and not a one- or two-star hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable amazing bathrooms food prices reasonable and tasty options available. Within easy drive to Seneca falls Geneva etc. would definitely stay here again.

No towels at check in!

Hotel was updated but when we checked in there were 2 dirty hand towels hanging in bathroom and no large towels!! Had to call to get clean towels and it took so long, we had to go to front desk to get them ourselves! But I won $100 at casino so I guess that made up for it

Noticed right off the bat no hand soap in bathroom, floor by window near were furness/ air conditioning was soaking wet & when showered was no water pressure at all just barely sprayed out. Have stayed there several times and this is first time had complaints.
