Absolutely horrible the pool was shut down and we paid for pool price hot tub was shut down I guess it’s been shut down for over a year they had heaters running through the hallways and everything as they must not have heat or some issues going on the long stay people were a bunch of drunks and drugs and cops and ambulances got called Not very safe environment especially for a kids hockey tournaments half the stuff didn’t work in our room we called down and nobody ever did come to fix it on our two days day didn’t clean the room it was an absolute nightmare will never be back again ask for a discount And said she couldn’t give us one because we booked on Expedia so I think you guys should owe us the discount

Loved the breakfast. Staff are friendly and accomodating. The snacks that you can buy from their pantry are old and has a soap or old food taste. The room is clean but it has a certain smell.

When checking in we were informed that the pool was down. That was the main reason we booked here as we were there to visit our grandchildren. Disappoint all around. I was told it was posted on their website which I did not find. No discount.
