We were so impressed that for once the actual site matched the pictures online. What a beautiful accommodation! The BEST pool and pool area I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff was super, the beds comfortable, everything was really worth taking note of.

The bed was terribly hard. We slept very poorly and woke up with a sore back. Also, breakfast is not served until 7am, which is rather late if you have to get going in the morning. There was a large crowd waiting outside the breakfast room before they were ready, so it seems that many others would like it to be served earlier too.

I’m not sure who designed the bathrooms, but the toilets are small, short to the ground and have a shelf that they are pushed under. This shelf didn’t allow the lid to be fully opened and if you didn’t pay attention you caught your fingers between the lid and the counter. The hot tub seemed to have varying temperatures depending on the night used. The daily room service was odd. We hung up our towels so we could reuse them, but they changed them anyway, but didn’t make the beds? Overall not a bad hotel for our short stay, but thing’s just confused us.
