The property was fine. We just happened to be there when there was a conference with many people and they were very noisy in the hallways... well after 11:00. I called the desk around 11:00 (I thought that was ample time for people to have quiet hours). I did hear them to tell guests to quiet down. This worked for a few minutes and then the noise started up again.

Would NOT recommend....
Room was MUCH smaller than what was shown in pic online. Set up for room was very awkward. Service was astoundingly bad. Did not get our VIP access thru Hotels.com, no pool towels nor any extra room towels available. Pool was ice cold, Hot tub was Luke warm. When speaking to the desk employee, he acted like it was all not a big deal, and didn't want to be bothered with it. For 200$ a night, they could do a whole lot better! I'm very unimpressed.

Second visit. Will definitely return. Positives: you are greeted by helpful stuff not a kiosk. Great northern vibe. Nice pool and gaming area. Plus breakfast. Responsive staff. Cool theatre and nice places to eat in immediate area. Super Picky improvements: probably should add a second waffle maker. I’d love a swimsuit dryer down in the pool or laundry area. No fun traveling with wet swimsuits. Keep the vending machines stocked.

Nice Hotel
Everything was good except for the lounge chair in the room had what I'm pretty positive was a large blood stain. I did tell the front desk and they said they will address it with the cleaning crew.. The pool was nice, the hot tub doesn't get super hot but that was actually kind of nice because you could stay in there a very long time without getting out. breakfast was amazing!
