This is a cute, nicely decorated studio with no plumbing, air conditioning, or other issues. The bed is comfortable and the towels linens are good quality. For the money, it's a 5.

Great affordable stay

I needed an affordable multi week rental for 1-2 people while at WEF and this place was very good for my needs. Very nice and responsive host, nicely decorated and outfitted studio, comfortable bed and chairs. There are a few handyman type features - the screen door is on inside, faucet handles turn the wrong way - but everything worked and was very clean. Recommend.

Perfect Studio in Wellington – Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

I had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment in Wellington! The space was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, there was a nice sized stand up shower in the bathroom and the studio apartment location was perfect—close to equestrian events, great dining, and shopping.The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was just right. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the space. Whether you’re visiting for the equestrian scene or just looking for a relaxing getaway, this studio is a perfect choice.Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I never stayed I had to leave and cancel coz the owner didn’t answer his phone to give us the keys , also the neighbor has 10 dogs barging on the other half of the house . Don’t rent that kind of places not fun. Lack of communication and no privacy .

This property was exactly as advertised. Great location, super cute (love the decorations!), property owners were really easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again. As an added bonus sheets are super soft and all the linens smell amazing.

Easy and comfortable

Check in was super easy with a coded door. The property was easy to find in a quiet, safe neighborhood and parking was convenient. Everything was clean, there was instant hot water in the spacious shower and the bed was super comfy. I had a bit of trouble with the internet speed but the big TV with lots of options made up for it. The kitchen is cute and well-stocked, but if you want coffee, pick up some Keurig pods at one of them many nearby grocery stores. I will stay there again next time I am in Wellington. It's a great find!

Wonderful Property in the Heart of Wellington

Perfect property in the heart of Wellington. Perfect for equestrians. Wonderful amenities and location next to shopping, coffee and restaurants. Will definitely be booking again for our next visit! Owner was very professional, helpful and easy to communicate with. Lovely host!

Perfect two night stay

My husband and I stayed at this efficiency for two nights and we're very comfortable. The property is in a nice neighborhood on a very quiet cul de sac. Check in process was simple. The suite is very nice, very clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a sitting area with a TV, a bistro set and small kitchen area with a two burner stove top, microwave and small fridge. The bathroom has a large shower. Bring your own shampoo since this is not provided. It was perfect for us since our son lives within a five minute drive. There are restaurants and shopping close by but probably not within walking distance. It was a pleasant place to stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Cozy Studio

This studio was perfect for a weekend stay! Had a kitchen with mini fridge, comfy bed, and super nice updated bathroom. Easy to communicate with seller and they seemed very quick as responding. Overall very happy with stay!
