This hotel has all I look for, clean, budget friendly and safe. Easy check in with the friendly front desk clerk. Easy parking. Nice bed and pillows. Free wifi. Easy to get to also. Right down the road from the beach. Would recommend and would stay again.

We have stayed with USA INN in Welles, Me. The place is very clean and we have always had warm caring concern from management to be sure we are content and satisfied. I would recommend this place to all. Never been disappointed with our stay .

Rooms is in need of repairs. Shower not working properly, toilet was not hooked to the floor properly. Thought it was going to tip over. Non smoking room with cigarette burns on the edge of the tub

I was pleased with the overall cleanliness of the rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful. My only complaint not enough towels and washcloths in the room. Would definitely stay again.

The price was very reasonable, and the hotel is within walking distance of a convenience store, a grocery store, and a few restaurants. The room was pretty small, the toilet tank cover had been broken and glued back together. One of the bulbs in the ceiling light was missing. We had three people in the room, but there were only two towels, and when I went to the office for more towels, I was told to go find the cleaning staff. The air conditioner was either blowing warm air, or frigid air, nothing in between.
