DON'T DO IT
Worst place I have ever stayed. Photos were misleading. Our room was disgusting, smelled so heavily of smoke. Floors, walls, and sheets were dirty. Cabinets were literally crumbling and falling apart. There was NO soap or towels. Literal nightmare. The only reason we stayed was because we evacuated for a hurricane & there was literally no where else to go. Stay far away.

Had lottle choice evacuatimg from Hurricane Milton
Check-in at the front desk was a lengthy process as there were so many people evacuating from Hurricane Milton. One couple ahead of me needed a first floor room and found out the door wouldn't lock and had no TV. A group of 4 guys were given room keys to a room that was already occupied. The next room they got they said smelled horrible. We got to our room and it was clean enough but not stocked with anything and no TV. The front desk was helpful in getting us a TV the next day along with extra towels. There was a water leak into the bathroom as the laundry center was next door. Alix at the front desk was overwhelmed but kept his cool with all the complaints and checked on us personally to make sure we had what we needed. Definitely would not stay there again but was the only place I could find that would accept my two cats.

Not again!
It was gross, there was black mold on the ceilings. the shower curtain you couldn't touch with your hands because it was slimy. There were no towels, no pillows no cups there was hair on all the floors and the corners. We did not feel safe with the type of people they had there. People were knocking on our door and tapping on our window during the night.

Greedy evil hotel
Book the room 2 days ago change it to 1 day didn't even check in yet but they tried to charge my card for the room alreadynote they didn't do this lasts time so i call them only to find out that my room was canceled and that there was no more rooms available suddenly but hotels.com said my booking was still confirmed so i went up there to the hotel all for them to tell me the same exact thing but u guys try to charge my card for a room that was never available in i never even checked in yet yall can go to hell !!!

Bed and bedding were fine. Room was old and not in good repair. Glass Stove top was smashed. Countertop was dirty and broken. The bathroom wasn’t awful but the tub and tub fixtures were not good. Tub was so old, worn and dirty. I wouldn’t even step in it. The worst was the strong cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom apparently from the room next door. I complained to the desk and was told yes, it is a No Smoking motel but they can’t read. There was a hole at the bottom of the door which was chewed by a rat. There was a rat trap outside across the sidewalk from my door.. The safety lock on the door was loose and the screws falling out. I had booked 3 nights but left after the first night. They showed me 2 other rooms if I wanted to switch but I did not stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Last year when I stayed the hotel was decent. This past weekend, the conditions have declined tremendously. First, the smell of mold was so strong. There were food and water bottles left in refrigerator and the microwave was filthy. The toilet seat was coming off the hinges. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The floor was dirty and the shower curtain was moldy and didn’t stay closed. The room obviously was never cleaned. I advised the front desk, they really didn’t care. I went to target and purchased cleaning supplies. ILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, UNEXCEPTABLE. The only positive note is that it’s near the airport.

This was pur 3rd stay at this property and unfortunately will be our last. No shower curtain, front desk couldn't find one and said we had to move rooms, after we already unpacked etc so we showered without one. Asked for extra pillows since they were small and flat, we were told no. They did remodel and it looks great!
