Convenient stay for a few nights visiting Yellowstone National Park. Clean, simple and comfortable. Breakfast is the weakest part of the stay by a mile - the quality is poor, and served in disposable plates/cups to be eaten with plastic cutlery. This, coupled with towels being changed every day, make this hotel very poor when it comes to sustainably - which is ironic given its locality to a world famous natural wonder.

Overall, our stay was great. The breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety of options: yogurt, granola, cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage or Canadian bacon, potatoes, pancakes, bagels, white or wheat bread, juices, coffee and tea. The only issue was the noise when the next room ran the shower or tub.

The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The pillows were absolutely horrible though, they need regular sized pillows that are firmer. The breakfast had a good variety. We were happy here.

Everything in West Yellowstone was easily accessible & we loved this little community. This hotel was clean & quiet, which was exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend & would stay there again.

We would’ve stayed longer but the price was extremely high. Receptionists were friendly, helpful - overall brilliant. Room was spacious and clean with all the facilities you need. Excellent breakfast. On the downside the lift was very slow and a coach load of tourists filled the breakfast room. The stay was great.

Property is conveniently located right at the entrance of the park. However, the price you pay does not correlate to the quality of the rooms. The room looked like it was from an old motel, showing clear signs of wear and tear. Unfortunately, there's not much choice if you were to stay in West Yellowstone.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Yellowstone NP. However, the room was extremely tiny and the walls very thin. I could hear conversations from the adjoining rooms, footsteps from above, and because we were right above the dining area, I could hear the conversation below in the morning. This is from someone who is hard of hearing. The breakfast selection was sparse and lacked flavor. The staff was very nice and helpful as I needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate. Although the staff was nice and conveniently located, I would not recommend a stay based on the thin walls and price per night.
