This is an older but well maintained facility. Rooms and baths are spacious. Very convenient to Yellowstone National Park. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and they provide a real breakfast experience.

I didn’t like anything about this property. The room smelled horribly. The staff was unaccommodating to any of my requests like checking out 15 minutes late. I received a flat “no” without any explanation. I would never go here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

If traveling as a couple, insisit on a room on the 2nd floor. Place is made of wood and the sound of kids running and jumping above you travels thru squeeky floors if you are in a room on the first floor.... Also don't even ask to check in an hour early as the staff does not care how far you traveled to get there and how tired you are..... Staff who clean and serve breakfast are great. Breakfast is good as well.

Sound insulation is extremely poor. We could hear people above our room walking and talking all night. Plus, even though we booked the room for 3 adults, only two of us were allowed for breakfast without paying additional fees. Never saw this kind of rule in any other hotels/motels.

Expensive for the quality

It was a large clean room but the room smelt of dust (we had to open the window). The area was quite quiet at night. The bedding was of average quality. No breakfast service but there is a common room with tea and coffee. The laundry was decent. Staff not very friendly. Close to west entrance of yellowstone (location is good).

The front of the building looks amazing. I had booked an accessible room and then was told a check in that I did not and they didn’t have anything available. We had to walk around the back of the building and take a flight of stairs up to the second floor. There was cockroaches or large beetles on the walkway coming into the backside of the building . and the room was very old feeling, and after they had cleaned it, they sprayed some kind of a freshener in there that was really nasty and not sure what they were trying to cover up. The same shampoo and all three containers, including one by the bathroom sink. would not recommend this hotel at all and I definitely would not stay again

Way Underrated!!!

The room was huge, the beds were great, four great pillows on each bed, nice TV, mini fridge with freezer, coffee maker and a nice free hot buffet breakfast. (Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, melons, good coffee and desert!! I know there was even more offerings that I didn’t get too!! I can’t understand how it can be considered a “one” star hotel…

The hotel had some very basic issues like no shower gel in the bathroom, patchy hot water , plumbing issues in the toilet, no Elevator. Per room only 2 person can have breakfast rest have to pay. Location is awesome right at west entrance

Within walking distance of city center for dining and shopping. Ample parking on street. The doors on rooms slam shut quite loudly which can be disturbing for guests who go to sleep early. Overall I would recommend and will return if I find myself in the area again.
