Customer service sucked!

Everything not working, bed sunken Wi-fi sooooo slow. Customer service sucks! Coffee not even served, the hot water we asked was lukewarm and receptionist put coffee away at 7:30am. The receptionist don’t even where exactly my room was at we had to keep looking for it.

This hotel was very disappointing. We booked this way in advance and asked for a microwave and fridge for medicine. We did not have a microwave or fridge. There ice machine had a sign on it saying it was old and I wasn’t able to get any ice out of it. There WIFI also did not work. The outside of the hotel looks really nice but inside the room was very old

Overall this was a good value for the money we stayed in a room with two queens which was a little cramped also parking is somewhat Limited in the hotel property itself but overall it was clean quiet and comfortable

The hotel itself was fine and the room was clean but they advertised breakfast but when asked about it they said they do not have that now. But we could drive a mile down the road to have breakfast. I was not happy about the false advertising. The ice machine was broke and it was hot when I was there so no cold water. There was no elevator in the hotel. they had ramps to go up to the other floors after spending the day walking around the last thing I wanted to do was walk more to get to my room. In the room they had unplugged the TV and trying to get it to work again we had to call and have them come there were 2 different outlets and couldn't figure it out. There was a min fridge in the room but that was unplugged also. We pulled it out and there was no outlet on the wall near it so we had to move it to the other side of the room where there was the only outlet. It was not convenient.

They didn't even have proper beds, just box springs and mattress. Smaller dated room.

I thought the room and bed was very comfortable and well suited for travelers just needing a place to spend a night. The staff was friendly. Our room didn't have microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker. I would stay here again.
