Pathetic

Old, run down motel with a high price tag. The carpet and furniture was stained. There were no conveniences, except coffee. The ice machine did not work, but they would sell you ice. The facility did not feel safe. I do not recommend it.

Loved the western themed decor, especially the porch swings outside of the office. Clean, comfortable beds and bathroom. We had to report a wet section of carpet at checkout the next morning, probably a leak from the tub pipes or drain as it was on the other side of the wall. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful; free coffee available in the small office lobby but no breakfast.

Really old smelly. Carpet looked dingy shower window screen had a big hole so if you opened it bugs would get in. No fridge in unit wall AC didn’t work well.

If you just need a clean, dated place to sleep for the night, this is it. Front desk staff were not very interactive or helpful upon arrival. Coffee & tea are supposed to be available at the office, but staff didn't arrive early enough for us to take advantage of this single perk.

Dirty room never staying to that old dirty hotel bugs in room no coffee in lobby .The guy was rude everything we ask got negative reply and his answer was I don't know and looks so confused and irritated when ask for something

No overhead light, had to use a flashlight, wall electrical outlets were only half working and unsafe, broken ice machine, no coffee maker in the room, had to unplug the microwave to charge a cellphone or use a laptop. no night table and you had to for Fox news. No breakfast, rude and unfriendly people. The worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life. Not worth paying for anything.

Never going back

We booked the queen deluxe room for 5 nights. When we arrived they put us in a king room that I wouldn't put my dog in. There were cracks in the walls, the curtain rod didn't go across the entire window, the lamp shade was falling apart, we couldn't close the bathroom door & the room stunk of old wet dog. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked out after 2 days. We were never so disappointed with a hotel like we were with this one.

An older hotel right in downtown West Yellowstone. The rooms were especially spacious and one of our rooms had a refrigerator and microwave but the other didn’t. Wifi was pretty non existent. I’d stay again if they get the wifi situation taken care of.

The sheets in our bed was so old, that the fitted sheet lost all of its elasticity. Both mornings, we ended on the mattress, no matter how hard we tried to fix the sheets.
