Nice hotel with good breakfast included. Good coffee which is a struggle to find in some hotels. Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. Few minutes drive to yellowstone national park entrance. Greg on reception went above and beyond to provide us his local knowledge of the town. He recommended some great places to get dinner.

We enjoyed this facility, particularly the hot breakfast in the morning. One complaint I would have is that the handicapped room only had one chair so for two people to be in there. It was difficult to sit on the bed to watch TV.

The hotel was outdated. It has thin walls. We could hear the guests in the other rooms around us. The pipes were noisy. When we showered the pipes made a loud whining noise and we could hear the same noise coming from from the next room. The mattress was worn and uneven. It long needed replacement. The carpet in the hallways was old and there was a musty smell in the room. For a room that was so expensive, it was extremely disappointing.

Friendly comfortable hotel but poor soundproofing

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was OK, though heavy on the carbohydrates! Only real issue was that soundproofing between rooms was not great; every time someone in the room above turned over in their sleep you could hear it below. Also at least one couple or family had loud discussions or arguments till well after midnight and started again at 5.30am

Great Stay

All 4 staff that I met were so helpful and willing to accommodate. Beautiful & very clean room, warm, lovely pool, whirlpool, and delicious breakfast.
