Thank your for your recent review. Refurbishment work has already started with all the corridors being repainted and carpeted plus reception has new furniture and has been painted. The exterior of the building is currently being painted with design plans for some of the bedrooms waiting to be approved. Hopefully we will see you again in the future when you can experience these additions to the hotel.

Disappointing Overall !!!

Pros: The location
Location: We did Chessington World adventure and Thorpe Park.
The hotel itself is lovely. Rooms clean and nicely decorated and brill location. The down fall is that the room was sooooooo hot. We had the fan and window wide open and then room was just unbearable. The noise from other rooms was terrible. Not sure if there was a party but women laughing and screaming so loud could not sleep. This carried on for hours. I did call reception and heard a member of staff knock there door asking them to be quiet but this only stopped them for 10 mins and they carried on.
