I booked this room for a family trip with my husband and kids for a trip to Sleepy Hollow. I wish a regund was possible, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Staff was rude, room was dirty and the property was not safe. There were people doing drugs aroind the building, there was a fight in the parking lot where the cops were ultimately called, people were screaming all night in front of their rooms. None of us were able to sleep and if we could've booked another hotel we would of. But everything was sold out due to the events inthe area.

Enjoyed our stay...large comfortable bed, staff was very courteous and helpful, was very affordable, was close to our family that we were visiting. We had a few minor equipment issues: the fridge's front left corner "leg" was missing so that every time you tried to open the door, the fridge would tilt forward to that corner; there was a delay in being able to get fresh towels a few days into our stay; the breakfast area was a pleasant surprise (might want to get a 2nd waffle maker--at times, a line to make a waffle it got so busy); the shower water control was a bit stripped, so trying to turn it off required a very slow process of turning in one direction until the water slowed to a drip.

Cleaning staff must have been sent by God because they managed to make our room look clean, but the condition of the hotel itself was pretty bad. Don’t bring your family to this hotel. Time to bulldoze this place and start again. Shame on you Wyndham.

First off, breakfast was great, thanks to the man who ran the breakfast area. He did a great job of attending to everyone’s needs, refilling everything that needed refilling, etc. all while being super friendly! Actually, all employees I came across were very friendly and helpful. The room was decent, nice looking enough and quiet. But one thing: the lights were all super bright, with bluish/white bulbs, making it impossible to turn on any light without flooding the whole room with light like it was daytime. Warm bulbs would go a long way to making your rooms more comfortable and relaxing. In summary: great job by the staff, but please, change out the bulbs.

Great Stay
It was great! Breakfast was simple but really good and had a variety of options like yogurts, oatmeal, sausage/egg/cheese sandwiches, and fruit. The room was nice and had a fridge and microwave which was super helpful for our stay. There was a diner across the street that was amazing for late night food too!

Good service, average stay
The people at the front were very nice. Room was missing 2 lightbulbs, no Kleenex, smelled a little musty. Beds and pillows were very comfy but bedspread had cigarette hole in it. Only one drawer for clothes and no closet (place to hang up clothes on wall. Gave us plenty of water to stay hydrated.
