Very satisfied. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast (which can be purchased in advance), manages to go a step up from your average hotel breakfast.

Let down from the minute we stepped up to the front desk. The gal barely spoke two words to us and handed the key cards without another word. Got into the 77* room with a broken ac. Called down to request to switch and was told there wasn't another room nor would I be compensated or refunded. Most uncomfortable nights sleep ever, the mattress was like sleeping on a sheet a plywood on dirty scratchy sheets. Will never go back again.
