Good room. Clean, all appliances worked, the room was in good shape, there was hot water with pressure and no bugs. The location was convenient for food options. Only concern was no laundry for guests, however there was a laundromat a few blocks away. I stayed for a week. I would recommend and will be back!

Staff was nice. When I arrived someone else was staying in my room!. Room smelled like cigarettes. Staff switched me to a different room. Light cover held up by duck tape. Many patched holes on the wall. Bathtub was stained.

This is a great bang for its buck and in a convenient location. Sure, it’s a little dated in appearance but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s very clean and cozy. Would stay again!

For my needs (overnight stay for airport) and price you can’t go wrong. No frills, excellent customer service and lots of walking distance food. I was given name for taxi and they were very friendly also.

Just a few things, the shower curtain was too short, and the facets had very low water pressure, especially the one by the front door, it just trickled out.

The first room i was given was not clean. The sheets were clean and it seemed the rest of the room was not taken care of. Sink and toilet were dirty, hair in the tub. Generally gross. I went and asked for a cleaner room and was given an upgrade that was much better although the floors could use a vaccuum. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet.

We didn't even go in it was so filthy from the outside. The front desk staff was lying in the lobby couch ... trying to get my money back as Expedia says it was too late yet we had almost an hour left before it was too late to get a refund. Stayed somewhere else but still paying for 2 hotels
