The room did smell. It was an unpleasant odor but that was not the worst. After unpacking we andnhad dinner we checked out the rest of the roo. The bathroom was the dirtiest room ive ever been in. Dried urine on both sides of the toilet where the base is. Inside the toillet was black spots not sure what it was. The tub had a darknring around it like aomeone had had a bath and left the dirty water there for quite awhile. The tub had dried paint like they had tried to cover some mess they had in there. The carpet was so dirty the brand new slippers we had that were light grey on the bottom are now black. I complained but they said they qere fully booked. When we complained at the front desk they said that they were sorry to hear that. Well im sorry it was us that booked a room there. After we got home called customer care and they passed us off to somebody that tried to sell us a deal. Some deal spend 2 nights in another travel lodge and they would give us 2 nights free. Like that would evernhappen. I wasnt expecting a five star room but a dump is what we got. I have taken pics to prove this. Obviously they do not have a standard of cleanlyness. I booked this room on the reveiws I read. They were either not honest reveiws or very old ones back when they did maintain the property. This is a tired, old hotel.

The hotel is well-located in Kalispell. The service was fine but the hotel is old and tired. It really needs some upgrades and even some simple repairs would improve it. We spent 2 nights. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our expectations were modest. We only wanted a clean room and a good price. This place exceeded our needs. Staff was very warm and responsive and the room was clean and maintained during our stay. Only issue was a fridge that froze everything, even when set at warmest setting, so minor to us that i am afraid we did not even report it to help the next guy. There were some groups using the place at the same time, a motorcycle club and some work crews. We thought it might get a littl noisy but everyone was great. Thanks. Hey where did the sleepy bear logo go? Wasn't that you guys. We miss that part

Comfortable and fast WiFi

Spacious and comfortable looking decor, comfortable bed, strong water pressure for sink and shower, super fast free WiFi, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Bathtub was horrible, look like they had painted it and it was peeling. Room was very outdated. Needs a serious upgrade. No marked parking spaces for each room. Needs more handicapped spaces! Won't be back.

Our commode ran almost the entire time we were there. Also, there was a dead bug on our bathroom floor the first evening we arrived. Stayed 2 nights and the bug was still on the floor when we left.
