Clean rooms and friendly staff.
There are not many options in Whiteville for an overnight stay, but they do just fine at Quality Inn! The room was clean, sheets were clean and tidy, towels were fresh and bathroom was clean. Not much else I need or can ask for. Did not get a chance to try breakfast. The staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and seemed to be happy to be there. There is no elevator for the second floor, just be aware of that when booking. I would stay here again.

We were unable to stay because all three of the rooms were heavy with cigarette smoke. Facilities were supposed to be nonsmoking. Facilities were very dated and needed a deep cleaning. The parking lot crumbling and needs to be paved.

The hotel was very clean we stayed and was a perfect distance to my destination. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby staff was helpful and friendly. They were easily able to accommodate my request for a 1st floor room. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The stay was very convenient for a one night stay. It should be noted that there is no elevator but there are only two floors. We were on the 1st floor which was great since my wife has knee and hip issues. The receptionists were very friendly and the bed was oh so comfortable. This will be my go to place whenever I am in Whiteville.

It through it needed to be updated in some areas, and no elevator.. Might need to add that in with the description of hotels and the pool has no access from the building. You habe to walk around the outside for entire into the pool.

Its an old hotel. Just 2 floors no elevator. They do offer breakfast but we missed it both mornings. The air conditioner was not great but it was about 100° outside. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to close. The bed did not suit my back at all. The saving grace for this establishment was the front desk. Their customer service was great. Very willing to help with questions, etc. We would stay here again as we know what to expect next time.
