Annoying marketing calls
I’m a local resident of Williamsburg. I stayed here because I had a flood in my condo. My only complaint is I did not enjoy the constant phone calls trying to market to me I ask several times to be taken off of the call list. I told them I was happy with everything and that if I needed something I would call the front desk but to please leave me alone and I continued to get phone calls. I was in the middle of packing and dealing with numerous contractors, and I had to stop and answer the phone. It was very, very annoying. Somebody needs to send the staff to a communication and listening class.

Comfortable and convenient location. Didn't realize when I booked that this was a time share property, so there was the usual sales push when we checked in but generally fine. No soundproofing though - you can hear everything from all your neighbors, above below or next door.

Overall, it was a very good property. I received several calls from the Wyndham folks wanting to sell me on listening to a presentation to purchase a timeshare, which I politely declined. The washer/dryer were outdated and the dryer didn’t work. Everything else was very good. Big unit with plenty of space for 5 people and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again assuming we don’t have to be bothered about the timeshare info.
