The property was nice. I liked the sitting areas outside. The room was a little smaller than expected and we didn’t care for the sink outside the bathroom set up. I didn’t find the staff that friendly or helpful. I have stayed in alot of Marriott’s all over and here most of the staff seemed a little annoyed and bored with their job.

We are expecting a refund from the property as our room need to be switched since there was actual feces on the couch cushion - and then after the switch- the second rooms mattress was full of urine- a full urine circle on the bed. We brought it to the front desk attention who stated we would be fully refunded after she spoke with her manager. The staff was incredible and the property overall was nice, clean, taken care of. The rooms definitely need updating, obviously.

You get what you pay for

Pull out sofa bed was stained, carpets were dirty. Breakfast was very expensive for the items

Needs attention

It was sufficient but the room showed lots of wear and tear with the stained carpet, paint, door didn’t operate correctly. Just felt old. I need of updating.

No lights were on at night at the front entrance to check in. Heard loud voices in the middle of the night. It was probably coming from the parking lot.

So far all good and nice , just the towel you have to keep for the next day because u won’t get more until u ask , coffee and cups the same you have to ask for more , no microwave in the room ,other wise very nice clean close to bush garden and to the water country to the shopping center.
