The room was clean and smelled pleasant. There were people seen frequently cleaning around the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Williamsburg Move

We had to leave early as the area was expecting a snow event and our airlines moved us from Newport News airport to Norfolk. I'd love some sort of refund on that night but understand if you can't. Also, the woman at the front desk (forget her name, she was an older woman), was phenominal!
