Blinds were broken in master bedroom. But still had curtains. Found cockroach crawling on bathroom floor the first night we stayed. Found spider in kitchen sick, mid stay. Washing machine very dirty on rim of tub and lid. Would not use. It was a first floor apartment, which we would have had to share. Did not like that. Also requested to have unit close to lobby and we were in Massachusetts culdesac. Did not like that there were NOT designated parking spaces for each unit. Also dead bug spots on wall in corner of living room.

Our stay was fabulous. Dusting doesnt seem to be a priority of thevclesning dtaff and the carpet in the entryvways needs a shampoo or replacing. Staff to was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our quiet getaway weekend. Sitting outside enjoying our coffee while listening to the soothing sounds of nature on our mosquito-free patio was just what the doctor ordered! The large walk-in shower was a bonus as well. This space provided all we needed and more. We hope to return soon.

The stay way nice the unit was beautiful but it needed to be dusted. The lamps, chandeliers and pictures had dust on them, and the balcony needed to be cleaned off it had cob webs and spider webs on the balcony, and ants from crumbs that was left before we checked in.

Love this resort staff is very friendly and accommodating. Customer service is outstanding. A little disappointed in the condition of unit kitchen and living room. Microwave was NOT mounted over the stove sitting on the counter and replacement tv in living room was much smaller than the original. I discovered this place about 3 years ago and has become our families go to since .We try to come twice a year .The apartment has all of my family's needs. Their are activities for both my kids ages 8 & 14 and i literally have no complaints!! I will be scheduling my next trip soon !!

Will definitely stay there again
Loved the resort. The only complaints that I have are the poor quality of pillows in both rooms as well as the poor quality pots/pans. Everything stuck to them which made cleanup difficult. Other than that, my 8 year old had a blast with the indoor/outdoor pool and water park. We were lucky enough to have a private washer and dryer in our condo. It made keeping up with laundry, bathing suits and towels.

Great place to take the whole family with plenty of food options and shopping nearby. They also have activities pools, arcade and more on site. However if you are looking for a modern place this isn’t it. It’s an older property but you do have a kitchen and washer and dryer while you are I. Your apartment. They could do a better job cleaning and making sure the tv service is available other than that we were out the room more so it worked out.
