Parking garage is separate from the hotel even if convenient. Very quiet with pleasant and helpful staff. Suite was huge with many conveniences for 4 people. Will definitely stay again!

Good base in Williamsport. Only issue we had was breakfast buffet was sparse both mornings - refilling food items wasn’t very prompt.

Staff was great at front desk! Our room was not serviced but they got us towels and a rollaway when we asked. Breakfast as fully stocked even 30 minutes before it as over—good options. Warm cookies in the afternoon. Was pretty noisy from neighbors above but otherwise quiet in hallway. Pool was very warm. Was there with my two young kids. With parking across the street, it was kind of tough crossing the street to the garage—-limited visibility when you were in the crosswalk for traffic turning onto the street without a stop sign.

I've stayed in Williamsport a number of times in other locations. This hotel is excellent. I'm traveling on a motorcycle and they even have motorcycle parking right at the entrance to the garage. My room on the second floor over looks that which is perfect. The pool and the hot tub. Just add to the experience. Highly recommended.

The spaciousness of the room and "full" kitchenette were very much appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We found a local brewery with lots of character just blocks away, and discovered the nearby river trail the next day. Had hoped for some shops that would have caused us to linger a little longer in the area... But it was a pleasant place for a quick stopover as we passed through.

Pull out sofa wasn’t comfy and it blocks walking around the bed. It bumps up to the bed. Also couldn't adjust the air conditioner to heat, as the unit wasn’t working and it happened to be a cold weekend.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms are spacious and well thought out, with full size fridge, kitchen and (tuck away!) dining table. Typical breakfast with eggs, meat, yogurts and make your own pancakes. Only issue is the road noise. I’d ask for an odd #’d room to be on the backside of the hotel. Market Street and highway side are loud.
