This is a family owned motel and they made us feel like family in that they took great care of us. The family went the extra mile and helped to recover from our section hike. I would gladly stay here again. We stopped at the Trail house kitchen and bar on the way off the Appalachian trail and had the excellent Berkshire burger. A great meal and a great stay who could ask for more.

My son was accepted in Williams College and we traveled to Williamstown to help him with the move in. Willows Motel is the typical example of the old traditional American Hospitality. This a family owned property and every single member of them love to have a face to face welcome with the guests. The Head of the family to who everyone kindly call Papa is one of the nicest and candid human being we have ever meet. He wants to make sure the guest feels like family and personally serves a super breakfast with something you can't find in many places " Fresh Fruits". I recommend this little happy OASIS to any visitor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The management was friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure you were happy with your stay. The breakfast area was cozy and had fresh fruit, good coffee, bagels and cold cereal. Which was plenty for us.

Very clean property, all the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with an assortment of fruits, nuts, berries, breads, juices, muffins and of course cereal. The room was very clean and felt like home.

The motel was well located walkable to Williams campus and town. Most hospitable and clean, well maintained place with nice breakfast, ample parking and everything working well, thanks to resident manager, a most gracious person. All staff were able and friendly.

The place was well maintained and the breakfast have a lot of fresh organic fruits that are so good. Also the coffee was very good. And the owner was very friendly.

Fine for a two-star motel. Breakfast was impressive, however, there isn’t really a place to eat it in the reception room/front desk area. It was a nice day so we ate at the picnic tables outside. If it had been raining or snowy, we would’ve had to eat back in our room or on the chairs opposite the front desk. The room next door was noisy at 10:30. I called the front desk and they dealt with it immediately, which I appreciated. Really friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Very helpful and friendly staff, delicious Italian restaurant next door, cute (if dated) facility, very nice landscaping and plantings, including substantial (very nice) outside seating areas. Room itself felt a bit cramped, could use some updating (door tended to stick and was difficult to open).

I stayed one night at Willows coming to see the Clark. It’s a very conveniently located little motel. The owner has done a good job in managing and maintaining the place. My room was small but clean and has everything I need. of note is the breakfast. It's exceptionally good for a motel with all the fresh fruits. I would recommend it to anyone who is on a budget and looking for a decent place to stay in Williamstown.

The customer service at the Willows Motel was amazing! They were very friendly and accommodating. The fresh fruit breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was spacious and adorable. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. It is a great location and close to Williams College. I highly recommend the Willows motel for an exceptional Williamstown experience. Go Ephs!

I highly recommend this motel. Everything was clean, breakfast included in the price and was great. The food are fresh in an excellent quality. The owner of the motel is a friendly and responsive gentleman who were trying to create maximum comfort for visitors. The room has clean bed linen, towels,a hair dryer. I was very surprised by the great reception.

The Willows is an excellent option for the Williamstown area. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and was surprised that the room was serviced daily. The breakfast was filled with many options. The organic fruit was my daily choice and was outstanding in condition and freshness. The price is very reasonable for the area and what you get. Will definitely return to the Willows for my overnight needs in the area.
