My room was beautiful to me, however my room wasn’t clean to well, there was a pair of kids shorts with underwear on the floor under the curtain by the deck.. outside of that I loved it, I do wish the bar stayed open like the average bars at least till 1am

Beautiful Place on the Ocean!

This resort hotel was beautiful. It's right on the beach and was a wonderful stay. The pools were nice, clean and fun for the kids. The rooms were comfortable and was plenty if room for 4 people. They were accomodating to any needs we had.

Love this hotel I stay often even after my son graduated from UNCW. I have NEVER been able to check in @ 4 and this trip was no different. But this time I was checked into a room that was already assigned to a family!! Yep walked in I was stunned they were stunned we compared check in & yep checked into same room. Was told wrong number was written on my key envelope um but why did keys work then. I don’t want to use names I worked retail/hotels all my life and I’m more than under standing things happen. Manager needs to address checkin at this hotel. Staff was Amazing from Bar/restaurant/shuttle drivers Emma was fabulous making my friend & I custom request drinks…great family hotel!

The room only had one wash cloth for 2 people. This could be oversight. A/C was leaking and I checked in at 4pm. I called 3x before mainetance came and it was a significan leak as the maintenance removed the unit to vacuum water underneath the unit. Overall clean and staff was pleasant.

Two big great pools. One inside for us older folks with A/C. Oceanfront snack bar and drinks and plenty of towels and two ping pong tables in second floor lobby. Park under building out of hot sun.Breakfast buffet and coffee shop if don’t want buffet. Good beds and pillows and A/C worked fine. Stay Ed 4 nights with two grandkids

Not a Good stay service was terrible from the front desk so rude to terrible maid service to waiting in line at the coffee shop and not greeted hello would not stay there again Old hotel that needs major updating not even a receipt to my email Of my charges when we left terrible!!!!!
