This side of the home has a half bath as well. A mudroom for storage is located just inside the second entrance and enters into the large kitchen area. State of the art stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and kitchen island allow for cooking large meals. A wood counter area with counter stools makes for a nice breakfast area in the morning. The right side of the home has a full bathroom, a bedroom with a king bed and a master bedroom with a king bed and on suite full bathroom. There is also a large laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Outdoors there is tons of shady oak trees as well as a fire pit surround with seating and a picnic table. The huge back yard is also equipped with beautiful landscaping, horseshoes, and washers. There is also a hot tub! This home is perfect for relaxing, but with just a 15 minute drive into Wimberley or Canyon Lake grocery stores, shopping, and dining options are not far away.
SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.
