During check-in we had to change 4 different times because of dirty, spotty rugs, and they weren't even pet friendly. We took the 4th room because laTrell, general manager, was extremely helpful in trying to make things right. The shower curtain was barely attached to the wall. To say this hotel is renovated means only the halls and lobby, not the rooms.
