They were very helpful to change our room to one that had a direct view to our motorcycle, trailer, & car.

Never again with Motel 6

This made me realize that motel 6 will never again be part of any of my traveling experiences. Very very dirty. The first room they put us in had literally poop on the outside of the toilet and hair on the floor. The second room we were in, spiders and fly in the room.

All i can say is Roach Motel. Beds very uncomfortable and killed roachesall weekend. Definitely pass this one by.

Overall decent priced motel with some nicer amenities/updates. Area seemed quiet. Beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable, but alright place if you need a place to crash.

I didn’t like the fact my grandsons were playing outside around 1 o’clock in the afternoon and I was told they needed to be quiet because they were disturbing other people… My thing is it’s literally middle of the day why can’t they play and be kids I would understand if it was late at night but it was not

Poor Management and Unpleasant Stay

Extremely unprofessional. The Wi-Fi is terrible, and the management is poor! The hot water in the shower only works intermittently. The driveway is too small for parking, and I believe someone hit my car with their door, leaving a small dent that wasn’t there before! After a long drive to Virginia, we booked again for a couple of days but had to leave due to a disagreement the receptionist had with my significant other. It was a busy day with graduation and festivals, so we had to drive 30 minutes away to find a hotel since everything in Front Royal was booked! After leaving for a couple of weeks, we booked online again. The next day we arrived that night to check in, they told us we couldn’t stay and would be refunded. If they knew that, why couldn’t they just call the number I used to book or cancel the reservation instead of accepting it? Instead, it was three workers in front waiting until we came in to check in to turn us right back around! I booked one day in advance; everything could’ve been avoided if they could’ve let me know ahead of time instead of waiting until I came to turn me back around. I feel that we were racially profiled because we are Black! Good luck staying here.

A clean neat inexpensive motel near 66 and 81

I was quite pleased, in the past hotels in Front Royal have been pretty hit or miss. Clean, quiet, neat, decent bed. I stayed 2 nights, was up to work on a property we own outside of town. Note that there is no breakfast and just powdered creamer for coffee, but a Sheetz is within easy walking distance.

Hotel had no hair dryer, no shampoo and only a small bar of soap. The air-conditioner made a loud noise, we asked for another room and the TV didn't work.
